Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding sale items).

Items returned beyond 14 days from the date of delivery period can be exchanged or a store credit issued within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive.

Sale items include any items automatically discounted at checkout

All sale items can only be exchange or returned for a store credit

Let’s start with how to complete a return:

 

  1. Send an email to noblthelabel.info@gmail.com stating your request and reasoning as to why. The email title must state your order number, surname and the word return or exchange.E.g. 12345 - Johnson - RETURN
  2. If you wish to exchange an item, check the website first for stock availability. Then in your email state the item you want in exchange. E.g. EXCHANGE - Signature Ribbed Tee, size Large.

All returns and exchanges must be sent by mail only to the below address:

You must include the following Inside the parcel:

  • A note containing your order number, full name and clearly stating if you want a refund or exchange.
  • If you want an exchange, give your instructions; E.g. EXCHANGE - Signature Ribbed Tee, size Large. You must also include a prepaid postage satchel with your name and address already filled out so that we can post your exchange straight back to you.

  

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

 

Our Policy

 

  1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no makeup, stains or strong odours.
  3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note, sale items and promo coupons.
  4. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
  5. If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. We will record your name and form of identification provided, and we’ll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.
    • If you can’t provide proof of purchase we will be unable to provide you with an exchange coupon or refund.
  6. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as NoBL The Label is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
  7. NoBL will accept a return and provide you with a refund to the original payment card only, as long as the item follows the above terms 1 - 5.

All orders sent from Nobl The Label are sent via a traceable method via DHL (International Shipping) or local shipping via Australia Post. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

All items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days from delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed. Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned.

If your requested exchange is out of stock, a store credit will be automatically issued unless you specify something different in your returns form

Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm AEST/AEDT. Please allow up to 24 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. (Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm)

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer.

If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.
